Kuching - IOT Management Sdn Bhd (IOTM), a subsidiary of Senari Synergy Group, proudly announced and celebrated a significant safety milestone. The company achieved 10 million man-hours without lost time injury (LTI), a remarkable accomplishment reached in December last year. The celebration was held at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching and was attended by YB Datuk Dr. Haji Hazland Bin Haji Abang Hipni, Deputy Minister for Energy and Environmental Responsibility and State Assembly for N.5 Demak Laut.
YB Datuk Dr. Haji Hazland extended his warmest congratulations to YBhg. Dato Haji Jefri Ahmad Tambi, Group Managing Director of Senari Synergy, and the entire IOTM team. He commended their visionary leadership and strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. He highlighted that this achievement reflects a safety culture that \has been built and strengthened over the years.

In addition to celebrating the safety milestone, the event also pay tribute to the loyalty and dedication of its long-serving staffs. Employees who have served the company for more than 15 years were honoured with Long Service Awards in recognition of their contributions and commitment.
A token of appreciation was also presented to key terminal users, including PETROS, MyGaz, Shell, and Petronas. Their continued partnership and support have played a vital role in the company’s journey toward operational excellence.
“True safety is achieved when we work as a team, when we care not only about our own well-being but also about the person working beside us and community surroundings us.” Dato Jefri said.
